Starting from 20 September 2021, small and medium enterprises will be able to apply to PARP for co-financing of projects that involve the purchase of programming services and software, with particular reference to the change of business model as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This opportunity was created due to the introduction of a new Measure 6.2: “Support to SMEs in digitalization – Digitalization voucher” into Operational Program Smart Growth 2014-2020.
Projects must contain an obligatory component: purchase of programming services and/or purchase of ready-to-use software, also in the form of license (excluded standard software for office or accounting department) to develop or introduce a digitalized solution.
It is also possible to obtain co-financing for a facultative component of a project: purchase of tangible assets, including machines and appliances, computer appliances or appliances related to the transmission or archiving of data, low-value goods, and/or consulting services (including those related to a specific industry, technology, business and law) and/or training services aimed at the introduction of a digitalized solution.
The value of admissible costs of a project is to lie within PLN 60,000 – 300,000, while the level of financing is up to 85% of admissible costs under de minimis aid. The budget of the Measure is PLN 110 mln which will be distributed to at least 500 projects.
Projects will be assessed based on 6 obligatory criteria of “0-1” type and for each of them 1 point is required. The seventh, additional point will be given to the projects related to the activity of enterprises of a sector particularly affected by the negative consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and listed in the Act of 2 March 2020 on specific solutions to prevent, counteract and combat COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them (Journal of Laws, item 374, as amended).
