The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has created a special email address to which you can report any export problems caused by coronavirus.

In response to the numerous reports of cases of restriction on circulation and discrimination against Italian exported goods, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation immediately took action in order to protect businesses, creating a special email address to which you can immediately report encountered difficulties: coronavirus.merci@esteri.it

The Diplomatic-Consular Network supports the Italian business system by contacting promptly local authorities to find the right solution to the reported problems.
