The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) announces a call for proposals to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in increasing their presence on international markets. “Promotion of the brand of innovative SMEs” from the European Funds for Modern Economy (FENG) program includes co-financing of promotional activities on foreign markets, including participation in trade fairs and economic missions. The call for applications will last from October 15 to November 28, 2024.

“Promotion of the brand of innovative SMEs” is addressed to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises operating in Polish that want to strengthen their export potential. The main objective of the call is to support Polish SMEs in building recognition of their brands on international markets. Companies will be able to obtain funding for activities such as:
- Participation in international trade fairs – companies will be able to present their offer at their stands at trade fairs from the list indicated by PARP and additionally promote their products and services at national stands, which will open up an opportunity for them to gain new contractors and establish international business partnerships.
- Participation in economic missions – companies will have the opportunity to promote their brand, products and services during foreign missions to trade fairs or international industry conferences, which will contribute to increasing their recognition in key markets.
- Promotional campaigns – companies will be able to carry out marketing campaigns abroad, which will help them reach new target groups and increase interest in their products and services in the markets they are interested in.
Funding under the programme can cover up to 50% of the project costs, which means that companies must provide their own contribution of the other 50%. The budget of the call is PLN 50 million.
Who can receive funding?
Funding may be awarded to projects covering activities aimed at strengthening the export potential of an SME entrepreneur on international markets, in particular through participation in trade fairs and economic missions, in order to promote the applicant’s product brand and the
Polish Economy Brand. The list of trade fair events at which national stands will be held for the sector in which the project is part is published on the website of the Ministry of Development and Technology.
The support is addressed to SMEs that in the period preceding the year of submitting the application for co-financing conducted export activities and generated revenues from sales for export. In the last closed financial year, the applicant should obtain at least 20% of net revenues from the sale of goods and services for export.

Applications under the call can be submitted electronically, The deadline for submitting applications will start on October 15 and end on November 28, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
“Promotion of the brand of innovative SMEs” is a response to the growing need to support Polish companies in increasing their competitiveness on international markets.
