In the second half of 2024 alone, over 173,000 work permits were issued, mostly for citizens from Asia and South America.<\/span><\/span><\/div><div class=\"w-text\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">This trend reflects demographic challenges and labor shortages in Poland. According to Gi Group, more than 55% of employers consider hiring foreigners essential to tackle population aging.
