AMENDMENT TO THE LABOUR CODE IN RELATION TO THE DISCLOSURE OF REMUNERATION

Share:

Please be informed that new provisions of the Polish Labor Code come into effect on December,24,2025, imposing additional information duties on employers. Employers are required to provide job applicants

with detailed information regarding the proposed remuneration, which must be determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including gender equality. Furthermore, if the employer is subject to a collective labor agreement or pay regulations, the relevant provisions concerning remuneration must be made available. These details must be communicated in advance to enable informed negotiations. Additionally, job advertisements must be written in gender-neutral language, and the recruitment process must be conducted in a non-discriminatory manner. Consequently, it will be necessary to amend any internal acts regulating the recruitment process. If you have any questions regarding changes in labour law, please contact the Core team.
