Strategic Management Partners (www.strategicmp.it), an Italian management consulting group based in Milan with 8 operational offices in Italy and abroad, has acquired 60% of the share capital of Core Sp. z o.o. from Donato Di Gilio, founder and CEO.
This transaction marks an important step for Core in strengthening its presence in Poland and in the Central and Eastern European markets. The entry of Strategic Management enables Core to enhance its current service offering by integrating the high-level expertise and extensive network of its new partner.
Core’s operational structure remains stable, although the governance has been updated: Luigi Riva, founder of Strategic Management, has been appointed President , joined by Piero Cannas (President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Poland) as Vice President , and Donato Di Gilio, who is confirmed as CEO and Vice President , ensuring continuity in the management and in the supervision of ongoing and future projects.
Core’s mission remains unchanged, now supported by greater resources and new competencies to grow with you, offering even more advanced tools.
