From 1 April 2025, companies registered in Poland’s KRS entrepreneurs’ register are required to have an e-Deliveries address. This is a formal communication channel with public administration, legally equivalent to a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. e-Deliveries are the “digital registered mail” solution: messages are registered and have legal effects comparable to traditional registered letters. The solution is designed to gradually replace paper-based official correspondence and, in the long run, selected legacy channels.
