The support includes the implementation of the digital maturity diagnosis and the development of a road map for transformation towards Industry 4.0, on the basis of which process or product innovation will be implemented.

Description of the measure

The support is intended for the implementation of the company's transformation process towards industry 4.0. The following SME integrated projects in the field of process automation and robotisation will be supported:

- Conducting a technological audit / diagnosis of the company's digital maturity, i.e. identification of production, service or business processes that may be subject to automation / robotization and development of a road map for transformation towards Industry 4.0 , i.e. a strategy for the implementation of automation / robotization and development of the company based on these processes.

Conducting a technological audit and developing a roadmap takes place before submitting the application for funding. The roadmap is attached to the application for funding.

- Implementation of measures resulting from the road map in the enterprise, in particular: purchase of machines, robots and other equipment, as well as software, consulting and training necessary for the installation and operation of the above-mentioned devices.

Form of support: conditional capital endowment (partially repayable) for investments, non-repayable capital endowment for consultancy and training.

Maximum financing value: PLN 3 million
